I am a nurse with over 30 years experience and because of my knowledge, it has made me more aware of the increase in health issues, especially as we age.
I had a heart attack and bypass at the age of 45. I thought I was healthy. I have always thought I was eating “healthy” but I discovered that if you put toxic ingredients into your body, you’re not thriving.
I’m very aware of people who are trying to cope with these issues – it’s all around me. If I can give people information to make healthier choices, easier then that’s what I’m here for.
