I am a Naturopathic Doctor with a focus in mental health. I provide medical assessments and diagnosis taking into account the whole person, and the root cause of disease. I recommend alternatives or complementary natural medicines for things like anxiety, depression, & bipolar disorder, and I work to reduce the need for medications when appropriate. But what I’m most passionate about is making sure that people know there are safe and effective options when it comes to their mental health care. I will work to act as a guide for those on their journey from Mental Illness, to Mental Wellness.
