You are in the right place if you are feeling stuck, exhausted and overwhelmed, stressed out and disenchanted with what life is bringing you – or – you are on a journey of awakening to your own potential and are looking for new ways to explore possibilities by connecting to your intuition, Higher Self and the divine wisdom and guidance that are always available to you.

My Coaching programs, Dreamwork Facilitation and Energy Work will give you the practical tools, strategies and experience to turn your Dream Life into REAL Life.

In addition to Life and Business Coaching, Speaking and Training, I am also certified in several healing modalities – New Decision Therapy(TM), and Access The Bars – which can be of great assistance to my clients in clearing their old limiting beliefs, habits and behaviours.
